CLEB threw research results to Minerven

The deputy John Linares said the results of research conducted at CVG Minerven by the Commission for Social Development of CLEB, according to information thrown, there are facts about irregularities within the company between 2006-2007.

The irregularities were discovered by the audits conducted by the CVG, which showed acquisition of products and services on price, hiring companies with social insurance expired, breach of the bid process, weaknesses in internal control, purchasing without justification and rape of the Law on Bidding. This group of abnormalities within the administrative management of the company was detected in 26 purchase orders, all made to the Shipack Import Corporation, located in Los Teques.

Among the acquisitions draws attention to the purchase of a group of rubbers on different sizes with a price of more than 13 thousand bolivars strong with regard to competition.

As noted by the deputy Linares research results have already been sent to Jose Ramon Rivero, minister of People's Power for the Labour and Social Security and Alfredo Arcila, vice president of CVG, for action in the case. CBN
