I don't think Chavez will mention the Las Cristinas Project today as Lara State is quite a distance NW from the Bolivar State and I do not believe mining goes on in the Lara State.

It would make sense that Sanz finishes his tasks with the aluminum industry before he tackles other mining concerns. I'm getting the impression he is spending alot more time dealing with aluminum matters in Puerto Ordaz than he expected. I believe Bolivar Gold Mining will be next on his hit list. Who do you think will announce the Las Cristinas Project - Sanz, Chavez, the Bagel Lady, or Crystallex?? I'm going with the mediator/decision maker Sanz.
