Hugo is going to run out of states to visit other than Bolivar pretty soon if he keeps up the weekly broadcasts.

Anyone else think that Hugo might be putting off a Bolivar visit until Sanz gets the aluminum and steel strikes in Puerto Ordaz under control, which will hopefully occur soon?
