Yes, I did not consider Management at all and assumed that if Minecore were ok with the deal then I assumed they were ok with management. But you are very correct in as much that Management is critical to the success of any deals. Bad management would mean the deal is essentially dead before any deal gets started. But if one cannot raise a million dollars to comply then you very well could say that management is at fault. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
