Congratulations!  These are the final official predicted dates and current standings.  Don't forget...first prize is a delicious creme cheese bagel in honor of "you know who".  In the event of a tie (same day predictions)....the bagel will be divided on a pro-rated basis.  Where the exact date is not guessed, but predictions are equally incorrect (i.e. the permit is awarded on the 15th...but one prediction is for the 16th and one is for the 14th)...the earlier prediction date will win.  More specific predictions win over less specific predictions. To ensure freshness, the bagel (or portions thereof) will be shipped Federal Express to the lucky winner(s).  Contest results will be updated weekly.  If no permit is issued by September 1st 2008, a new round of predictions will be solicited.  This is going to be more fun than the Coolidge Inaugural.  Good luck and Bon Appetite!
