Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
For what it's worth I have posted my lasted communications with RM. I wanted to try and get a since if there was a feeling of something on the horizon about to change our value. Questions and responses below:

Subject: Just a couple of questions?
Hi Richard,
Can I please get your response to the following questions?
1. Is Minister Sanz making any headway in elevating the focus on Las Cristinas (Crystallex) so that the permit is now becoming a focus for the minister at MinAmb? Based on meetings and media reports in Venezuela we believe Minister Sanz is very focused on advancing the Bolivar State Agenda and CVG Projects - Las Cristinas is a CVG Project.
2. Can you comment on the level of activity at the MinAmb specific to the reduction of any such backlog or any recent positive developments suggesting progress is being made? Sorry, I have no information
3. Most investors continue to believe that the permit will be issued and have been forced to realize that it is only a matter of time before it is issued. Can you comment on the length of time that has passed since the payment of the bond and taxes were made and how much more time could investors expect to wait considering significant time has already been spent? Is time more on our side or not and should investors expect a permit soon? We do believe it's a matter of time. The MinAmb has approved and accepted the EIS, collected the Construction Compliance Guarantee Bond and collected the Environmental Taxes. Unfortunately, it appears the Bolivar State Agenda and Projects have been a lesser priority. Hopefully that is changing. We have no specifics as to the timing of the issuance of the Permit.
4. I see that John Doody has once again put KRY in his top ten selection of stocks and has suggested that the recent PP is an indication that the company expects to receive the permit very soon; otherwise why dilute the share price by issuing more shares when there is no need to. Can you comment on the recent discussion with the financiers of the recent PP and what was said to them to convince them to invest in KRY? I know we were in Mr. Doody's Top 10 list last year. I believe he removed the Company from his list earlier this year concerned over the timeline for the Permit. Hopefully, once the permit is finally issued we'll appear on a number of lists.
5. Finally, how was the PDAC this year and activity specific to KRY? There was a huge attendance at the show. We had good traffic visiting our booth every day. Obviously the interest was in the status of the permit. Many are awaiting the news of the permit.
Thanks in advance for your responses.
