Hey CJR - The tenor of this article seems to be that if they are going to approve they should do so soon. I didn't get the inference to "Domingo de Ramos" (Domingo meaning Sunday) so I looked it up. Domingo de Ramos is essentially Easter week, which begins this year on March 16.

My guess on the $15 million is that is what KRY has contributed to the communities (gray water treatment plants, roads and infrastructure, clinics, etc.)
