Agreed Sanz could move quickly, but he stated his priorities in January and said that he was going to fix aluminum and steel and then move to gold and diamonds. The real question is how long that will take, although there is no logical reason not to politically push through the permit while he also works on other stuff.

I'd really like to hear someone interview Sanz so we could get a glimpse inside his thinking.
