Boss, Did you happen to inquire as to the Bloomberg article? That is, did GT really say all that stuff, or was it BS? I'm particularly interested in nailing down whether Ortega is absolutely opposed to the permit (and thus another route is needed, Sanz to Hugo) or not. Also, what is your reaction to him when he says there is a log jam? It is my understanding (perhaps wrong) that a "simple" signature is needed. It doesn't really make sense (though perhaps nothing in VZ makes sense). Thanks
