like he does'nt have enough already. i think chavez has more ministers than the protestant church....maybe we'll get lucky and he'll appoint ortega to be the new "minister of state for subjects of the woman"!......can you imagine the complaints this person is going to have to deal with? no thanks!

They create new ministry Sunday, 09 of March of 2008 Last night, to his return of Cuba, president Hugo Chávez offered a speech by the Day of the Woman and announced the creation of the Ministry of State for Subjects of the Woman. The President also asked for to Manuel Marulanda that releases to Ingrid Betancourt, the time to him that assured that "I have ordered the return of the troops" whom it had sent to the border with Colombia.
