Barrick in Russia...

It was mentioned a few minutes ago on BNN that Barrick's foray into Russia was an indication of top tier producers taking on added political risk in light of depleting reserves. Never underestimate the power of the dollar. Goldcorp has postured against projects outside of NA, but economics will dictate where they WILL go. Nothing will help the Crystallex SP more than a competing bid from a party thought out of the running. I hope Fung has left the lines of communication open...

Barrick Gold Corp.
