Rodolfo Sanz, conducted a tour of the sites ferríferos Ciudad Piar.
During the day, the minister was accompanied by Radwan Sabbagh, president of CVG Ferrominera Orinoco, who explained the details of each of the strategic projects that are now being executed; such is the case of the Plant Concentration Cuarcitas Friables, technological adequacy and recovery of the rail system, among others.
According to the senior official, this visit is part of the plan of recognition and evaluation of early management, in order to encourage and bring those works and projects at the present time are running.
"I congratulate all workers-every day-put your commitment to this great industry. I pledge to give all the momentum so that we cease to be exporting minerals and processors of us to become one hundred percent of our raw materials. That is the great challenge that together we shall conquer ".
The owner of Mibam recognized the vision with which it has handled to the iron, "which is evident in the ongoing maintenance plan, the adequacy of its equipment and in recognition of the benefits of their workers."
As for the future of the iron,
Sanz pointed out that there is the horizon in terms of reserves, exploitation and processing of iron ore is really good for the country.
