How about GT? He has purortedly stated that he expected the permit shortly after Easter '07. Then after the EIA issued, he purportedly stated that he expected the permit within a few days, possibly a few weeks. This is from the CEO of a company that the VP of IR says doesn't give guidance. Were GT's comments reckless, optimizm, reckless imcompetence, or fraud. Why didn't the VP of IR (RM) issue a PR promptly correcting the prognostications. It all speaks very poorly of management.
