Rick i think your close to the truth. Its not the company. Who wrote the article? Lets see i get some guys with money or just get some money write and article that states a fact ( kry permit is approved but not issued) but leave out one small fact (not issued). The stock gets pumped. i buy before the pump. Stock goes up like it did yesterday. I sell, then the article gets re clarified and the stock goes down. Now i re-buy and wait nice profit. Bloom berg what have they got to say??
