Chris - No one at Crystallex could say anything during the quiet period. I was very frustrated with them and contacted Richard Marshall last week. He got back to me right away and detailed a lot of this (which is for the most part not new) plus answered some other questions. He said they could not make any statements during this quiet period.

This alone is not enough to lift us too much, but we should get a boost. Be prepared for a very strong attempt to fade the gap this morning and push it down to yesterdays close. Remember that the MM loses on opening gaps so they'll want to make that back before they let it run. Don't get discouraged if you see it.
