Thanks Joe! This was a long time coming, but as Richard Marshall told me and others, they were constrained by a "quiet period" before and after the financing.  This means that period is over.

Hopefully this will lift the PPS, but EVERYONE should be prepared for a strong attempt to fade the gap.  I would not be surprised to see the PPS pushed down to yesterdays close but it should not hold.

While none of this is new info, it was needed to help restore confidence.  I HOPE NO ONE FALLS FOR ANY ATTEMPT TO FADE.
