When the MACD moving avgs are below the signal line, it is a bearish trend, which is why I mentioned this in my previous post. Above the signal line is bullish. Again, no single tool will tell all that is going on.

It sort of makes sense. Accumulation of KRY on the sly by keeping the SP down and the trending bearish.
