Thankyou for the update. It's great to know that Crystallex's finacing is good to carry them thru the next 18 months(Aug/09) and other financing is available beyond that point. I can't see Ortaga dragging the final approval out that length of time. I would hope gold will be processed by then!

I agree with jcwillis, if Yurri can't make the decision before June then the man with the special powers - Chavez will make it for her. The factual info is the Vens issue one mining permit per year and it usually occurs between Mar to June, so my choice for mine approval is March/08 on St Paddy's Day the 17th - " The Luck of the Irish".
