C - I don't trade options but I do keep an options screen open on stocks I watch. This is the lowest I've seen in the 5 options so I would guess its just more of the die hard options traders as well as shorts hedging.

If I see a large increase in the April 5's I'll start to think something is up. The market still doesn't seem to have much faith in KRY....but I do. If there is even ANY chance of a permit this PPS is a bargain.
