Ian -- I agree that the prmit is not likely before the new mining law. I do not think that there will be any changes in the contract. It appears that a number of other contracts and permits are also being held up at this point, and it does not seem that KRY is alone in the delay problem.

As far as the timing of the new mining law, I doubt that Hugo even has a clue.

We are not in the same position as XOM and have nothing to threaten Hugo with as far as I can tell, so it seems that the wait is on.
