For that reason, he suggested the need to seek strategic alliances with the private sector, and even countries such as Argentina, where he intends to do a study in conjunction with the National Institute of Industrial Technology of the said country, to explore the possibility of transforming the area premium that Venezuela produces.

He stressed that the recovery of aluminium sector aims at solving the problem of technological obsolescence, which occurs in plants core businesses, taking as a central element increasing the processing capacity of aluminium in Venezuela.
