just a theory but...sanz seems to be held in pretty good regard with chavez...imo

IF you are going to create a number of new projects and/or instill new requirements to all projects it would make a hell of a lot of sense to put a guy in charge of the CVG (the corporation that collects the $$$) that you trust and has the minamb connections......i think either way, something is coming...i dont see this as a demotion for sanz, i see this as a "new phase" for the mining sector coming..imo
