Realistically, we know that MinAmb already approved the EIS and the bond was posted, etc.

IMHO the permit is just awaiting the blessing of Hugo, but just maybe the real holdup is that it (and other mining permits pending) are awaiting the new law of Mines and a comprehensive push into mining -- hopefully soon.
