In early Feb I posted an expected date for KRY's earnings which has come and gone without any annoucement. In fact I was musing this morning and thinking we should have received the annoucement by now so I went looking for it to realize it has not occured as of yet. Now it does say the date is unconfirmed so it should be any day now so watch for it. However I am thinking about our recent run up in price and can't help but wonder if there is any connection. This is what I am thinking:

1. SP often have run up in advance of earnings annoucements if they think there could be come good news attached to it. Now what is the good news? This is the question? Could it be they produced a little more gold and received a much better price for that gold closer to market prices? Many never hold a stock over an earning annoucement in fear it may have negative surprised attached to them and some hold expecting the oppositive.

2. Or it there someone out there who knows more then us retail investors that something is on the verge of occuring. If this was true I do not see it in the volume. But wait you say as the volume over the past number of sessions has been greater then average volumes which could suggest instutitional investors have been quietly accumulating (to attempt to keep the SP down) in advance of some event yet to come. This is somewhat significant given the price of gold has dropped significantly and many other gold stocks have also dropped but yet KRY has bucked the trend.

I believe we continue to be very close to our permit. I expect it, as does the management of Crystallex and when it comes we will see much higher valuations to truely reflect the very large deposit at Las Cristinas. Our day is coming and it very well now could be sooner then later.
