i dont care what kind of "he's the devil" rhetoric these two butt-pipes throw at eachother, if you follow the money, bush and chavez have both been helping eachothers agendas all along....primarily higher oil prices......they talk and spit at eachother but the US is still venezuelas biggest trade partner for products being imported/exported....
