Say what you will about Fung, Marshall et. al. The fact that they are financial guys can't hurt in this environment of tight credit. Yes....they're loaded up with option sand haven't put their own money on the table, but assuming they aren't totally out for themselves, perhaps they have the expertise to do the financing going forward and orchestrate the eventual buyout to maximize benefit to the shareholders.
