Well- This is a laugher!

The mouthpiece, Rafael Ramirez is hoping that by decree, the world court will now change their mind and recognize the right of Venezuela to take away assets and then settle the disputes that arise from these actions in their own courts? HA HA HA.

I think the whole thing is an ever growing fiasco set up by the unrelenting numbnut and his Hugostocracy. Between the recent election results showing his waining popularity, the worker strikes, the food shortages, the inflation, the cocca chewing, people without housing or title to build on thier land, etc.- We might have a new Presidente soon, HA HA HA.
