While I am only licensed in CA and TX, I did a lot of Internet libel in the past -- with an extremely high success rate. I would suggest that you stop using the term "crooked management" when referring to Crystallex management or you may be on the wrong end of a very expensive lawsuit. And yes, even repeating what others say is called republication and makes you liable.

Moreover, it detracts from the board, so let's get on with valid criticism, news and opinions.
