 Highly disagree with your statement goldtill2009. Money has a strange way of changing a persons mind even someone like HUGO.

His country is  running out of money and the people are becoming bored and disgusted with his way of ruling. His social projects are falling far short of what he promised. He know is standing between a rock and a hard spot. Time will tell.
