This is why all that talk about clause 19 by moneyboy was so much dripple. Hugo can pull  a lot of things but not following good business practices on the international front doesn't go far now days.

I was not trying to censor moneyboy but it seem to me there was a different agenda , that is one of fear  by having to worry if hugo may not give out the permit or just take kry over.
