Mechanics of KRY Manipulation

Ok, yesterday I asked about the mechanics of how KRY stock could be manipulated. Since the offering, I noticed in Level II that there was a trend of more buyers than sellers. Normally, in theory, that would make the stock move up. However, it moved down likely because of what is happening behind the scenes. So, what is happening behind the scenes?

Anyway, right now looking at in Level II, there appear to be more sellers than buyers. Yet, the stock is maintaining SP, and it trending ever so slightly up. is this a bubble waiting to burst?
