I have seen the word OBLIGATED used by Andrea in e-mails to investors. And when I say obligated, I am not stating that the permit will be issued. But what I am saying----- there is legal recourse available to KRY if the VENS choose not to honor the MOA. Canada has an international trading treaty with VEN that should apply here if necessary. What I am saying is this---VEN cannot at this point in time just arbitrarily change the deal with KRY without creating a messy legal situation.
