I just spoke with Richard Marshall. He satisfied my concerns related to:
- Departure of Doctors Spencer and Alfy: Dr. Spencer work was done a couple of months ago and Dr. Alfy had personal issues that Mr. Marshall described to me.
- Permit: They have people who touch bases with the Environmental ministry every week. There are at least 6 permits for Bolivar State both foreign and VZ ownership pending. The environmental ministry is obligated to provide the permit. KRY has done everything they need to do.
- Social spending: KRY is currently building a medical facility. They are obligated to do this social spending and they have won many awards.
- Mr. Marshall says he has 200,000 shares of stock.
