I heard about Spencer a while back. We are done exploring and he got a better job.

El Alfy is not needed with Faust on board. We should not replace either of these guys -- we should be trimming the executive ranks until we get a permit. Just take a look at the list of guys under the management tab on the KRY web site.

The only guy leaving that would concern me would be William Faust, as he is the guy that will build the mine.
