Some positive insight as we wait on the permit issuance-----In a recent cut and paste e-mail from Andrea Boltz (spelling?) she stated that MinAmb is OBLIGATED to issue the permit. OBLIGATED is a nice way of saying that they are legally on the hook. Maybe this will help the tension level for some longs.  LOL
