Moneyboy's post pretty well says it - these guys started shorting within the week before the financing was issued, (IMHO).

As I said 10-15 Million shares at a difference of 20-30 cents is 2-4 million easy profit. That is how the game is played and yes the regulators (OSC for sure) are stupid or part of it or both. WE can cry about all we want but its not going to change.
