Some tidbits from discussion with RM----KRY can not transfer the contract it has with the VEN government unless it first obtains VEN permission.  However, if some one comes along and swallows the entire company (i.e.---KRY becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of another company) then there is continuity and that can be done without VEN permission.

Rusoro permit---that recent permit did not come from the main national enviromental ministry and it was some kind of amendment to an existing permit and it was authorized by a regional enviromental office.  A fairly routine happening.    LOL longs
