In my business where we had projects that needed to happen by specific dates when confronted with a seeming intractable bureaucratic situation we would say “I will go sit on so and so’s desk until it is done.”  Well, GT can not go sit on someone’s desk literally, but substantially there has to be someone of connection who is well respected and familiar with the people involved who can figuratively do this for him.  Who is he, what is his resume, and is this permit his sole focus?  In other words is everything being done that can be done?  It does not sound that way.  Is this permit approval being pursued as if someone’s life depended on it?  Are people in Toronto staying up late scratching their heads trying to figure out how to solve this problem and better communicate with their long suffering shareholders?  It does not sound that way.

We have all hear the old saying that to succeed in life you just need to be a little better than average.  We have not seen anything that would indicate that KRY management is better than average.
