if you lppk at the salary/excersized options it pretty much tells the story....why would kry execs buy kry stock when even they dont know for sure how this will play out....if it goes well they can cash in but if hugo chews too many coca leaves and pulls a fast one then they dont lose everything.....thats the way i'd do it..
