Seems there is some confusion over what permit is necessary to commence work at Las Cristinas. Crystallex is calling the final necessary permit to commence work at Las Cristinas the, "Permit to Impact Natural Resources."

Whatever name the permit is called, whether it be "Final" or "Environmental" or something else, it seems everyone on this board is in agreement that there is one final permit necessary from the Venezuela Government (Chavez) for the work to commence and KRY stock to take off.
