On a day like today would you good people on this board allow me to do some venting? I have followed this stock for some time. I waited to invest until after the EIS was approved, taxes paid and bond posted and direction from KRY that the VENS had stated in writing that the permit would be issued. I also relied on the President's Message found on the website that states "MARN (the enviromental people) officials advised all parties that MARN'S objective was to expedite the process to have the enviromental permits for the two projects (Las Christinas and Las Brisas) issued as soon as possible following completion of the only outstanding element." And here we are almost 8 months after approval of the EIS and the permit has not been issued. Don't tell me enviromental permits take a long time. I know they do. But the enviromental permit has already been approved. They just won't issue it for whatever reason. And so this delay has forced KRY to seek additional $. And the lenders know that KRY can't survive without the funding and so they have KRY (which is utimately the shareholders) bend over and they provide some $ and dilute the hell out of shareholders
