It does sound serious,  but looking at the big picture.

 Gold mines shut down in South Africa for lack of electricity, which will take time to fix= gold going higher

 Refinancing by kry @2.10 and warrants at $3 = permit is on the horizon. ( Reasoning is they know permit is imminent.)

Economy in vz can't be any better down there then here, fact is statements leave me to believe they are going to need a ton of money in the near future ( Price of oil is going down and production along with it. Hugo is not putting any money back into the rigs.)

Am buying at this point.
