NoBear. It was no secret that we needed additional financing. I suppose with the financing deal today...no chance of Permit Sunday (unless, of course, it is announced by sheer "coincidence" by Hugo on Sunday?). If the permit was announced Sunday we'd probably wind up with an SEC investigation on our hands. Oh well. Really thought we had reached the promised land with the halt. Thanks for your opinion..
