Just as predicted, GT and Fung have rewarded the institution the right to short this stock, fleecing out the week hands AND they have rewarded them with cheap shares to replace the short. Congrats to all loyal shareholders, you have now on your resume along with everything else this wonderful management has brought you, a nice Thick pecker in your bung courtesy of the management.

If the permit is near why would you not wait it out as long as possible and avoid unnecessary dilution, they still had time to wait, BUT if the permit was issued there was a chance the institution would of lost some of it's premium from shorting. So give them their financing to cover dirt cheap and now allow them to make money when they dump. Nice guys aren't they, this is what happens when you bring in a money guy, they look out for their own first.

There is a chance for a quick flip here, the banker will unload his shares into the market. Keep an eye out for what he paid, there will be a run up in the 3's, NO it will not be the ramping of the permit, it will be the banker running it up and unloading. When the volume is high and the price stalls sell and pick up down below.
