We all want the same thing.  Permit and $$$.  Other than the time it is taking the bureaucrats to sign off on this thing....I'm a little concerned about the "joint venture" thing that seems to never go away.  I know we will get the permit (eventually).  Not so sure the terms will be as advertised.  Anyway....good luck everyone.  We all deserve it!
