Blind faith on my part along with a large dose of history, logic and common sense.  "F" the market.  Didn't the market bring us the present derivative crisis?  I know (have faith) we will get the permit eventually.  As I stated before....my concern is that the terms may be a source of quibbling (i.e. joint venture?)....hopefully not.
