This why Latin America is a third world trader. They just do not get it, and it has nothing to do with the environment , nothing. They just do not know how to do business. Unless they change their ways they will stay that way no matter how much oil or gold they have.

By the time they get around to selling a good portion of their oil, the  world will be on an alternative energy and nobody will need their oil or will be able to buy it a huge discount. Each year that goes by, their oil production has gone down. ( since hugo took over)

Now for gold that may be a different story --lucky for us
