about the progress in the implementation of the new mining law? Putting the permit aside for the time being...do we have any indications of real changes being implemented? The only thing I've seen was the termination of a nickel concession. One would think that there should be SOME news about the incremental progress being made in this sector. Is there simply nothing being done....or is it all being kept "hush-hush" for some reason known only to the bureaucrats?
