Yes...as I recall....he did not give a concrete reason for changing his opinion from "permit then buyout" to "sell" other than some vague reference to the precarious state of the mining sector down there. He never specifically stated why the risk factor increased to the point that he wanted to stay away fron VZ where previously the risk didn't seem to bother him much. I wondered why he wouldn't share this specific information with his disciples of which I am one.
