Don't get me wrong No bear.  I'm not hoping for an economic collapse.  No doubt we're better off without it.  It would really be bad luck in timing pre-permit though.  I've been seeing so much red I guess I'm just anticipating more bad luck.  I DO like the "early 1st quarter" permit prediction though.
